Lean is changing the way construction project teams execute their work. Beginning in design and transcending procurement and construction, Lean principles facilitate the elimination of traditional project delivery silos and assist teams in reducing waste. Lean programs are proven to empower teams to improve health and safety performance, enhance schedule performance, and reduce project costs.

Project teams across construction industry sectors are consistently embarking on Lean journeys, either deploying Lean programs or optimizing existing ones.
