Gary is an innovative construction leader with over 30 years of global experience in the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of facilities. He began his career in the trades, moving into senior supervisory roles, construction management, and project management through his tenure. Since his days in the field, he has spent over a decade working with global Owners, EPCs, and contractors to develop and deploy programs and practices that enhance project potential in safety, quality, cost, and schedule. Gary is a subject matter expert in Lean, Advanced Work Packaging and WorkFace Planning, Preconstruction, and construction completions. He now works with industry-leading clients to develop and deploy processes, procedures, and technology that provide quantifiable improvements in project and organizational performance.

Gary has a Red Seal Endorsement and is a Stanford Certified Project Manager. He serves on numerous industry committees and communities of practice, and has a strong focus on industry knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
